Switalskis has appointed Joanna Ziobro as a clinical negligence paralegal in its London office.

Joanna qualified as a lawyer in Poland in 2016 and is currently working towards her legal qualification in England and Wales. She brings seven years of clinical negligence experience working for national law firms to her role. She’ll provide support for clients whose first language is Polish on cases including missed or wrongful diagnosis, fatal claims including stillbirths and neonatal deaths and more.

Switalskis’ London office opened in August 2022 and is led by David Thomas and complemented by solicitors Clare Gooch and Chantelle Cooper. Joanna worked with Switalskis director David Thomas for a previous employer. There she helped manage the Polish clinical negligence department while assisting on maximum severity complex claims.

Switalskis’ growing clinical negligence team includes 86 people who are based in offices in London and across Yorkshire.
