Joanna is a paralegal with 7 years’ experience. While working in previous national firms, she both assisted and managed her own small caseload. She joined Switalskis in October 2023.
Currently, Joanna assists solicitors in the London Team on various types of medical negligence claims, including:

Joanna is passionate about advocating for the rights of those who have suffered due to medical negligence. She makes herself easily approachable by the clients, providing updates when needed and explaining the process without resorting to legal jargon.
She also advocates for clients whose first language is not English, ensuring that their voice can be heard and they receive the assistance needed. Joanna approaches each client with empathy and dedication, providing support and attention during their legal proceedings journey.

Joanna qualified as a solicitor in Poland in 2016, and plans to qualify as a solicitor in England and Wales in the future.
