The Role

In this role you'll deliver outstanding technical support, optimise cloud technologies, and uphold IT security practices to enhance service delivery and organisational efficiency. This is a hybrid role where you can be based from any of our 10 offices across Yorkshire, with regular meetings that will take place a few times each month in Doncaster. 

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support & Service Delivery:

  • Manage and resolve technical support requests via the service desk (remote and in-person).
  • Diagnose and resolve issues, escalating when necessary to maintain high service standards.
  • Document updates, create knowledge base articles, and develop user guidelines.

Cloud Technology Ownership:

  • Lead support and optimisation of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Drive continuous improvements and align IT processes with business goals.

Project & Documentation Management:

  • Contribute to IT projects and organisational change initiatives.
  • Maintain clear documentation and resolution guidelines for recurring issues.

Collaboration & Incident Management:

  • Work with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Monitor incidents, ensuring SLA compliance and escalating issues as needed.

Security & Compliance:

  • Promote and enforce IT security policies and best practices.
  • Provide user guidance to maintain security standards across the organisation.


Essential experience we're looking for:

In this role, you'll need IT technical support and service desk experience, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and OneDrive. You should be able to diagnose and resolve technical issues both remotely and in person, have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and be familiar with IT security protocols. Experience in documenting processes, managing tasks, and adhering to incident management and SLAs is essential. A proactive approach to continuous improvement and change management is also required.

Desired Experience:

• Working knowledge of VoIP phone systems, Papercut, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.

• Awareness of the SOS case management system.

• Understanding of ITIL Service Desk methodology.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a  Commercial Property Solicitor with 3–6 years PQE to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage your own caseload, work directly with clients, and play a key part in delivering high quality legal services across a broad range of commercial property transactions.

Independently handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including leases, acquisitions, and disposals.

The Role

Over the course of the 32-month apprenticeship, you’ll develop both your theoretical and practical legal knowledge. As a Graduate Solicitor Apprentice, you'll complete at least two seat rotations across various departments, with the chance to get involved in a diverse range of client cases. You’ll work closely with senior colleagues, providing valuable support and managing your own caseload.

As a national firm with offices across Yorkshire, travel may be required during your training, depending on the departments you’re placed in.

What You’ll Bring

Essential Criteria:

  • A law degree, or
  • A non-law degree and Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL)

The first seat of my training contract was in commercial property, working between the Leeds and Knaresborough offices. I found the work very interesting especially drafting documents. There’s not a typical day in the Court of Protection, and that’s what I love most about it. Each client is so different and so we need to be able to take each client as they come to try and work out what will be best for them and how best to achieve it. I love travelling and meeting the clients but there is also lot of time in the office - preparing advice, drafting documents, and attending court, as many of our hearings are still being heard remotely.
