Switalskis has enhanced its leadership team with the appointment of experienced finance professional Alex Moore as chief financial officer (CFO).

A chartered accountant and ICAEW member, Alex was previously CFO at precision engineering business, Cutwel, where she played a key role in strengthening financial structures. She brings extensive experience in financial strategy and management in senior roles at large corporates which will be key in supporting Switalskis’ next phase of development.

In her new role, Alex will provide focused management information to support business decision-making. Her priorities will also include enhancing the budgeting process, reporting on returns, managing external finance relationships, ensuring effective cash and capital management and managing external advisers as the business grows.
