Sharon specialises in preparing wills, powers of attorney and dealing with probate and the administration of estates.
She is regularly involved in:
- Wills and later life planning
- Lasting powers of attorney, property and affairs as well as health and welfare
- Obtaining probate and grants of letters of administration
- Administration of estates – winding up estates, dealing with inheritance tax, collecting in and distributing the assets to beneficiaries
Sharon is a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and she is also a member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers (formerly Solicitors for the Elderly).
