Melanie works in the new enquiries team, dealing with initial enquiries from clients who’ve suffered personal injury.  Key areas of focus include:

• Length of time since the injury happened (limitation)
• Reviewing cases where another law firm has previously dealt with the claim

Melanie assists lawyers who require new funding arrangements where clients have sadly passed away during the progress of their claim.

APPROACH

Melanie does all that she can to assist clients as much as possible when bringing a claim.  Most new clients have never previously pursued a personal injury claim and they can often be worried and nervous about doing so. New clients are often not familiar with the legal processes involved.
