Jaclyn is a solicitor apprentice, currently taking a seat in our PI department.
Jaclyn is a dedicated and ambitious Solicitor Apprentice, with legal expertise across multiple practice areas. Jaclyn has recently joined our Qualifying Solicitors Programme (‘QSP’) as she is now in the final two years of her training to become a qualified solicitor. During the QSP Jaclyn will receive support and training to enable her to flourish as a future solicitor and will rotate around various departments to gain further experience.
Her current role within the Personal Injury department involves assisting solicitors as well as handling her own case files. She is committed to seeking compensation for individuals who have suffered due to accidents and negligence.
Additionally, she serves as a Police Station Representative within the Crime department, advising clients of their rights and ensuring fair treatment during police interviews which is essential during critical moments of the criminal justice process.
Jaclyn has previous experience in the Child Care Law department, where she spent a year assisting in representing children and families in court proceedings related to care and protection. This has equipped her with a compassionate and thorough approach to sensitive family law matters.
Jaclyn has a friendly and empathetic approach. She understands that are a stressful, worrying and sometimes a confusing time for clients. Jaclyn therefore tailors her approach to each client by being compassionate and explaining the process in a way that they will understand.
