As a solicitor in our property development department Emma supports our team in a number of residential development areas.
Emma has experience in both residential conveyancing and property development. Whilst working in residential conveyancing, she specialised in new build transactions and unregistered land.
Her work includes:

- Bespoke instructions and enquiries
- Transfers of open space to management companies
