Chantelle has experience working on a number of higher value and complex cerebral palsy and other birth injury claims, including psychiatric injuries to parents.

Chantelle has a particular interest in:

  • Birthing injuries, for both mother and baby
  • Gynaecological claims
  • Orthopaedic injuries
  • Delays in diagnosis
  • Cardiac claims

EXPERIENCE

Chantelle has 5+ years’ experience working in clinical negligence with a particular focus on birth injury claims for both mothers and baby.

Chantelle completed her Law LLB at the University of Huddersfield and graduated with a 2:1 Honors as well as being listed on the Dean’s List for Meritorious performance. Upon completion of her studies Chantelle secured a full-time role as a clinical negligence legal assistant but quickly moved onto handling her own case load as a paralegal.

Chantelle completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in 2023, completing this part-time alongside full-time employment.

Chantelle now works as a Trainee Solicitor within the clinical negligence department and will qualify as a Solicitor in September 2027.
