Becky was the lead costs lawyer in the case of Doyle v M&D Foundations which is the leading Court of Appeal authority on contracting out of the fixed costs regime under Part 45.
During her career she has been involved in several high value and often unusual claims and since the introduction of fixed costs in 2013 has specialised in challenges related to Part 45.
