Aqsa works in the court of protection health and welfare team. She assists with matters under the Mental Capacity Act 2005, particularly section 21a proceedings as well as best interest cases under section 15/16.
Aqsa has recently finished her undergraduate degree in Law at the University of Huddersfield. Alongside her studies she worked a part time job in retail, from which she gained valuable experience working in a customer facing role. She intends on qualifying as a solicitor through the Solicitors Qualifying Examination route.
