Switalskis promotes four more staff to associate status
This month, four more of our team have been promoted to Associate status having completed our Associate Development Programme (ADP).
Delegates on the ADP follow a structured programme of development activities which begins with a residential group training exercise, They each then complete a real-life solo project designed to bring business benefits that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their department. This project is then assessed by our directors.
We have now promoted Carole Spencer and Sally Smith (from our Child Abuse compensation team in Wakefield), Sarah Kent (from our Residential Conveyancing team in Wakefield) and Lucy Wells (from our Medical Negligence team in Sheffield) to Associate status.
The ADP is externally accredited to ensure that it meets the development needs of our team members and is comparable with similar development schemes within the legal profession.
Director Sharron Hardman, who oversees the Associate Development Programme comments:
“As a growing business operating in some very specialised areas of the law, succession planning is a big priority for us. We’re delighted to promote four more experienced lawyers to associate status. All of them have worked extremely hard on projects that will bring real benefit to their departments in the near future. This will also help them to develop leadership skills to complement their legal knowledge, which bodes well for the future of the business.”
These promotions are just the latest steps in our ongoing strategy to ensure that we continue to provide first-class client care as we grow and develop as a business.
