Gender pay gap report 2020

We are pleased to publish our 2020 report, and once again, there is no significant gender pay gap at Switalskis Solicitors. In fact, the gap has reduced further since 2019.
Although we were eligible to opt out of reporting for 2020, we have published not only the basic calculations, but also very detailed additional analysis and figures.
Switalskis Solicitors remains fully committed to being a fair employer.
