I’m very pleased to announce that Claire Murphy joins us with immediate effect as a director. Claire will lead and develop our Real Estate team. With many years’ experience of Real Estate and Commercial Property, Claire brings a number of high-profile clients with her.

Claire has worked in commercial property Law since 1994 when she completed her training with international law firm Clifford Chance in London. She went on to work for a number of high profile law firms, before starting her own firm – Claire Murphy Legal – in Ilkley in 2013.

Claire has built an enviable list of clients and contacts across the region including property developers, investors and business owners. One such key client relationship is the retailer, Lidl Great Britain. We have now acquired Claire’s firm and she will now join the Switalskis board of directors.

Joining Claire will be Trainee Solicitor Sunny Zaman, who has supported her in the growth of her client base from their Ilkley office in recent years. We’re delighted to welcome Claire and Sunny to the group and would like to assure clients that they can expect a seamless service to the high standard they have become accustomed to.
