Stephanie is a solicitor who represents injured people.  

She specialises in personal injury claims arising from:

• Road traffic collisions – involving pedestrians, passengers, cyclists or drivers
• Workplace accidents – involving employees or visitors to workplaces who have slipped, tripped, fallen, lifted heavy loads, lost fingers or sustained severe lacerations while using equipment on site or at their employer’s or other workplace premises (including construction sites).  HGV and other drivers involved in workplace accidents or collisions
• Unsafe premises – these have included pubs, restaurants, shops or leisure facilities in which individuals have sustained injuries as a result of the state of the premises
• Negligent medical treatment – those who have received inadequate medical treatment either from their original injury or for an unrelated condition resulting in injury 
• Fatal accident claims – these can arise as a tragic consequence of any of the above areas

Stephanie is a member of the Doncaster and District Law Society and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

APPROACH

Stephanie likes to get to know and understand what is important to each client that she acts for.  This involves exploring what they wish to achieve from the litigation process, what their goals were before any injury, and what they hope to achieve in the aftermath of their own injury or the loss of a loved one.

EXPERIENCE

Stephanie has been involved in a number of complex cases including medical negligence and high value personal injury claims. The majority of her cases have involved issues on breach of duty and/or causation and many have been disputed up to and in some cases including trial.
