Rachel is a specialist in legal aid costing.  She supports various Switalskis’ departments. 

Her costs work includes:

• Court of Protection including high costs case billing
• Child care
• Family
• Mental Health
• Immigration
• Housing

Rachel also deals with provisional/detailed assessment and completing post-assessment work, preparing Claim1/Claim1A forms, CCMS and Legal Help billing.

APPROACH

Rachel has extensive knowledge of legal aid costing and her aim is to cost work accurately to avoid LAA rejections and delays in payment.  She also costs all work in an efficient and timely manner within set deadlines.
