Luke is currently undertaking an paralegal apprenticeship with CILEX Law School, and his day-to-day work has a range of focuses including:

• Reviewing and analysing client’s records
• Managing client’s appointments for psychiatric assessments
• Making legal aid applications on the client’s behalf
• Varied administration tasks throughout the process of a client’s claim

APPROACH

Luke is aware that child abuse is a highly sensitive topic, and he takes his approach accordingly. He aims for clarity and transparency with abuse survivors, including trying to eliminate legal jargon wherever possible.

Luke believes in efficiency and clear and open communication from start to finish.
