Katrina supports the directors and solicitors in our child abuse compensation team. Her work involves:

• Opening new files making sure all information, funding, insurance is correctly recorded
• After settlement of damages is agreed on a case, she checks on the progress to ensure prompt payment to the client
• Once costs are agreed, she sorts any billing, paying of outstanding disbursements and follows the file to conclusion before it is ready to close

APPROACH

Katrina approach to her role is simply to assist the child abuse compensation directors and solicitors and the department in any way she can. She works efficiently and promptly.  Occasionally, her work involves speaking to clients, she always does all she can to be polite and helpful.
