Josh deals with the sale and purchase of freehold properties.

His role includes:

• Supporting the team with ongoing administrative and legal work
• Liaising between third parties including mortgage lenders, solicitors and estate agents

Outside work, Josh is a platinum member at Wakefield Trinity, where he is a serving member of the Well Church Wrenthorpe. There, is responsibilities include:

• Jointly heading-up youth, including events and weekly meetings
• Serving on the tech team working on audio and visuals within services

APPROACH

Josh has an outlook on work which balances efficiency and client care. Working in  customer/client-facing roles throughout his working career, he has a very client-first attitude and wants to provide service to be proud of. Growth and repeat business starts with good quality service and this is something Josh recognises and applies.
