Hannah assists Ellie Stothard who is a solicitor within our residential conveyancing department in Sheffield. She supports on all aspects of property transactions.

Hannah's work includes:

• Updating clients with progress of their matter and responding to enquiries from clients, estate agents, referrers, lenders and other third parties in writing, in person or on the telephone
• Requesting searches, relevant documents, redemption statements, deeds and required information from the HM Land Registry, search providers, lenders and other third parties
• Providing quotes to prospective clients
• Drafting transfer deed and replies to requisitions where required
• Preparing for exchange of contracts
• Preparing completion statements, bills and setting the file up for completion
