David’s role includes taking initial statements from clients regarding historic child abuse.  

Later in the claims process David is responsible for going through expert reports and barrister’s advice concerning their case.

APPROACH

Very often when clients come forward, it’s the first time they’ve spoken about abuse they have suffered in the past. David’s approach is to meet face to face if possible and spend time putting the client at ease before listening carefully to what they have to say. By gaining the client’s trust and listening to them carefully David is able to make suggestions about support afterwards.
