Clare is a member of our costs department. She drafts legal aid bills and high cost case plans. Her work includes:

• Court of Protection health and welfare: bills and high cost case plans
• Crime billing: Crown Court and Magistrates court
• Care and family: fixed fees and exceptional claims
• Liaising with associated parties for swift payment of claims

Clare is extremely conscientious and thorough in her work.  She has a wealth of experience in dealings with the often-complex legal aid claims’ system and prides herself on her varied and in-depth knowledge of legal aid procedures and systems.
