Amber has over four years' experience in the commercial property sector. Prior to qualifying as a commercial property solicitor, Amber was a commercial property paralegal, this experience has provide her with valuable knowledge and experience in a wide range of transactions.

Amber works on:

• Sale and purchase of commercial property
• Landlord and tenant transactions – leases, lease assignments, rent deposit deeds and deeds of surrender
• Advising on title documents at the Land Registry and drafting Land Registry documents
• Post completion formalities following conclusion of a transaction, including Stamp Duty Land Tax at HMRC, Companies House registrations and HM Land Registry applications
