Alice is a paralegal in the wills and probate department. She supports the probate team in ensuring the estate is properly administered according to the will or the laws of intestacy.

Alice helps clients by:

• Learning about the persons assets and liabilities
• Preparing the application for Grant of Probate
• Working with the executors and administrators of a persons estate
• Drafting documents
• Assisting with the asset distribution

APPROACH

Alice likes to provide an honest and empathetic service to her clients.  She is an excellent communicator whose attention to detail and organisation is often commended by clients.

EXPERIENCE

Alice has qualified as a Paralegal with CILEX Law School and is continuing her training to qualify as a Solicitor.

In 2024 she was Highly Commended by the judges at the National Paralegal Awards in the Best Paralegal Apprentice of the Year category
