Switalskis has appointed Ben Wilson and Harriet Findlay to the eight-strong specialist new build conveyancing team based at the Leeds office.

A well-regarded conveyancing executive, Ben Wilson has over 10 years’ industry experience with specialisms in social housing, real estate, part exchange and new build plot purchase and sales. He’s currently studying for the Level 6 Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) qualification.

Harriet Findlay, in her role at Switalskis, will support the fee-earning team across all areas of transactional work. Harriet has worked in legal services for three years, two of those as a conveyancing assistant. She completed her Masters in Law in 2023 and is due to complete her Legal Practice Course in 2025.

Switalskis new build team was established a decade ago by director and head of new build conveyancing, Richard Wisnia. This year the team received national recognition for providing top client service to new home buyers at the British Conveyancing awards. In addition, Switalskis has recently joined the prestigious ranks of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work.
