Conveyancing team strengthened with promotion and new appointment

Switalskis has further enhanced its residential conveyancing team with the promotion of Hannah Midgley and the appointment of Wendy Welburn.
Hannah Midgley becomes a new business executive after joining Switalskis as an apprentice in 2021. With four years’ experience in conveyancing, Hannah progressed from completing a level 3 business administrator apprenticeship to becoming a paralegal. Now, as a new business executive, Hannah will engage with clients to provide high levels of client care and drive the conversion of new enquiries into new business.
Hannah says: “Switalskis has enabled me to enjoy a fulfilling and progressive career so far. I know that I will always feel supported in my career path. I’m excited to see where this role will take me.”
Wendy joins Switalskis bringing 32 years of legal experience. She brings with her 12 years of experience in residential conveyancing. As a conveyancing assistant, Wendy will support solicitors through residential sales and purchase transactions, dealing with the exchange and completion of matters.
Wendy says: “I’m committed to providing the best possible experience for our clients and ensuring that every interaction is met with care and professionalism. I enjoy building relationships with people throughout their conveyancing journey and helping them achieve their goals.”
