Jack has experience in various types of medical negligence claims. Such as:
Jack is a member of Hull and East Yorkshire Junior Lawyers Division and a member of Hull Young Professionals.
Jack is approachable and empathetic. He is down to earth and professional. Due to his own caring responsibilities for his younger brother with cerebral palsy, he has an ability to relate to his clients, being able to understand first-hand the troubles those with catastrophic injuries face.
He believes in treating others how he would wish to be treated, to be courteous and respectful at all times.
He is not afraid to fight a client’s corner and enjoys gathering the evidence to prove a case, like filling in the gaps to a puzzle.
Jack was involved in investigating a suicide in prison following alleged negligent mental healthcare. The case included elements of human rights law and followed a lengthy Article 2 Inquest by jury. Working on the case required a good understanding of the inner workings of the prison healthcare and disciplinary systems.
